A MUSICAL JOURNEY FOR WORLD PEACE


More than 500 musicians from across the globe playing more than 300 instruments including Indian & northeastern folk instruments.
The performance for a place in the Guinness World Record in the category of ‘Most numbers of unique instruments used in a musical composition.
Vocalists accompanied the musicians to present the biggest ‘non classical symphony’ of its kind in the world.
The 30 minutes long composition includes a variety of styles of music from world folk, classical jazz, Irish, Latino, Japanese, Chinese, Rajasthani folk, Bihu, Jhumur, Borgeet & the like.
The lyrics in English, Assamese, Hindi, Bengali & other Indian languages are about world peace, patriotism with a message to love each other.
Event was composed and directed by noted musician Rupam Sharmah.
